New Staff Members!!!
Millwood Impact continues to live out our mission of “addressing unmet essential needs for the health and well-being of kids and families in the Millwood Community.” Local support and grants have allowed us the ability to hire a full-time Program Director and a half-time (hopefully full time at some point) Communication Director. We are hopeful and looking to launch back into our after-school programs either April or May. Jeremy and Rebecca are an amazing addition to this team and they will have key roles in helping us continue to grow and live out our mission in this great community.
Jeremy Clark - Program Director: Jeremy Clark has lived in Spokane for over 13 years and has a Masters of Arts in Theology from Whitworth University. He and his wife Holly have been married for almost 10 years and have 3 children. He has worked in nonprofits for more than 8 years, mostly with at risk youth and youth experiencing homelessness. Over those years, he has worked directly with youth as a Youth advocate, served as a Volunteer Coordinator and has served as a Program Director. Jeremy is so excited to contribute to the mission, vision and values of Millwood Impact and to make a difference in the Millwood and West Valley community.
Rebecca Waterford - Communication Director: Rebecca Waterford has worked closely with at-risk youth for 4 years. Her love for connecting and going deeper with students and families has led her to continue her journey of serving passionately with the Millwood and West Valley community. Her dedication for youth also goes hand in hand with her love for photography and capturing authentic moments that tell the bigger story. She is fueled by the mission of Millwood Impact of fighting for the many families struggling with unmet essential needs. She strives to listen, communicate, and embrace the many partners already moving towards this mission.
